Also known as the Revolving Matrix. A dynamic system where teams work together to exit a board and earn cycle bonuses.
The Board Plan is a specialized 2x2 matrix that splits when full. It creates excitement and urgency as members push to "break the board."
The Board Plan (or Revolving Matrix) is one of the most distinctive compensation structures. Unlike linear trees, it uses a system of virtual "tables" or "boards" usually consisting of a few positions (e.g., 6 spots in a 2x2 board).
Distributors enter at the bottom of the board. As the board fills up with new recruits, the person at the top "cycles out" (graduates) and earns a commission. The board then splits into two new boards, and the process repeats.
Visible short-term goals create urgency and rapid growth.
Perfect for high-ticket items where a single "exit" generates a large commission.
